All prices are in AUD (Australian dollars) and are applied per character.

- Coloured sketches include colour and shading over a sketch.

Terms of service

Please read carefully before commissioning.

General information

  • This is a digital service: you are paying for the digital file; no physical copies will be printed or delivered.

  • Full rights to the artwork are retained by me, Jax, the Artist. Credit must be given if reposted.

  • I have the right to post your commissions to my social media, with reference to you, the Client, as the commissioner.

  • All prices listed are for personal use only. You, the Client, may not use commissioned pieces for commerical use (e.g. make merchandise, print in a published work, etc.) whether for real or digital currency.

  • Emails and inquiries will usually be responded to within 48 hours.

  • An optional form will be provided to streamline the commissioning process. References are preferred but not required.

  • Commissions are usually started within 1-4 weeks of payment, workload at my day job permitting.

  • I only draw people. I will not draw furries (animal ears/tails are okay), full armour (covered head to toe or heavily armoured), or NSFW content (suggestive is okay).

Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). You can use the Paypal conversion calculator to estimate the price in your currency.

  • Payments are made using PayPal's invoicing system. Your total will be displayed in your currency at checkout.

  • Simple sketches are to be paid upfront.

  • Coloured sketches require half payment upfront and half after the receipt of the draft, prior to colouring.

Edits

  • WIPs will be provided during sketching and for a colour check in the case of coloured commissions.

  • Please be sure to request changes to the basic illustration during the sketching phase. Changes to lines will not be accepted after the sketch is complete.

  • Alterations requested after the commission is complete will incur a fee, unless a mistake has been made on my part and the changes are required to comply with the original (image) references.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellations can be made at any time, however no refunds will be given if the work is completed or near completion.

  • You will receive a full refund if the commission has not been started.

  • You will receive a 50% refund if sketching is in progress.

  • You will receive a 25% refund if colouring is in progress.
